Chesterton Boys fall at Andrean

The Chesterton boys basketball team dropped a 67-57 non-conference decision at Andrean on Wednesday night.

The Trojans trailed 22-21 at the half thanks to a 9-0 run by the 59ers from the end of the first quarter through the beginning of the second.

Another 10-0 run to start the third period pushed the lead to double digits and the Trojans never challenged.

Jake Wadding led Chesterton with 13 points, while Kolton Cardenas added 11.

Rounding out the scoring were Travis Grayson (7 points), Tyler Nelson (7 points), Alex Schmidt (6 points), Drew Vanderwoude (6 points), Nick Mullen (4 points) and Jack Eaton (3 points).

CHS returns to the court on Friday night when they host Crown Point.
