Two juveniles were
taken into custody on Thursday after the Indiana State Police said that they
were throwing rocks off the Harrison Street overpass onto vehicles traveling
below on I-94.

sex, and race of each of the juveniles will not be released,” the ISP said.
“It is believed that only one vehicle sustained extensive damage.”
