Scott Michael Schultz passes away

Scott Michael Schultz was born on October 13, 1968, in Valparaiso, Indiana. Scott passed away unexpectedly at his home on October 19, 2018.

He graduated from Duneland Schools, Chesterton High School, class of 1987. Scott completed Corpsman Training at Great Lakes Naval Station with honors. He continued training at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, California, where he graduated from the Naval School of Health Sciences. Scott returned to Great Lakes as Assistant Leading Petty Officer at the Medical Laboratory. After his Honorable Discharge, Scott earned a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and a Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix.

On February 27, 1998, Scott was united in marriage with Amy, the love of his life. They moved to Arizona, where Scott began a challenging career, first as Laboratory Supervisor at Blood Systems, Inc., Tempe. In 2001, they moved to California, where Scott was Quality Lab Manager for Baxter Healthcare Corp., Los Angeles. In 2003, they moved to Louisville Kentucky, where Scott's position was Manager, Quality Assurance at Amgen, Inc. Scott returned to Baxter Healthcare Corp. In 2006, as Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance, at their facility in Hoover, AL. In 2010, Scott and Amy moved to Spring Hill, Florida, where he opened his own company, All-One Total Health Inc. He also became an Independent Insurance Agent & Benefits Advisor. Scott enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing trips to Minnesota, fitness training, and was a heavy metal, hard rock enthusiast.

He is survived by his wife Amy Loosemore Schultz of Spring Hill, FL; step-children Jacob Williams, Alexandra Kauffman, and Zachary Williams, and step-grandsons Dexter and Denver of Portage, IN; father Delvin (Fran) Schultz of Winamac, IN; mother Rozella Jarrett of Spokane, WA; sisters Lynette Schultz of Spokane, WA and Kimberly Schultz of Spring Hill, FL; brother Mark Schultz of LaPorte, IN; niece Miranda Cutrole and nephew Mitch Cutrole of Spring Hill, Fl; nephew Nick Krivjansky (Jenn) of Stanwood, WA; nephew Alex Wolfe of Spokane, WA; and great-niece Leilana, and great- nephews Skyler, Logan, and Cameron. Scott was preceded in death by his nephew Christopher Krivjansky and niece Elissa Ammerman.
