It also featured a live casino where attendees could play their luck for

community’s luxurious amenities.
“This is a day that
we’ve been long awaiting and it’s finally here,” said Kaitlynn Redmon,
executive director for Residences at Coffee Creek. “We’re extremely proud of
our team here who has been working diligently to prepare for our opening. We
are not only celebrating the opening of our community but are celebrating
all the new memories our residents will make here.”
The facility is
located at the heart of the Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve. “Residences at
Coffee Creek is already like family to us,” said Katie Rizer, executive
director of the Conservancy. “We’ve been waiting for some great neighbors,
and we couldn’t have asked for a better fit. The residents here not only
have this beautiful building to call home, but they also have a 157-acre
backyard to call their own.”
Members of the
Duneland Chamber of Commerce and the Chesterton Town Council also attended
the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
