Bond Issues

In other business, members voted 5-0 to approve a $1,500 with London Witte Group, the town’s contracted financial consultant, to fulfill the annual disclaimer requirements for two outstanding bond issues: the 2010 issue which funded the construction of the municipal complex at 1490 Broadway; and the 2005 issue which funded a number of capital projects in municipal parks.
