Advisory Plan Commission will hear the preliminary petition Thursday when it
meets at 6:30 p.m. at the town hall.
Growing Kids wants
to develop 3.8 acres at the Chesterton Professional Complex, where a
dental/orthodontic practice is located at the southwest corner of South 11th
Street and County Road 1100N.
Growing Kids attorney Todd Leeth, the professional complex was approved in
1984 as a planned unit development, but itís unclear from public records the
exact uses approved for the PUD at that time.
