Trojan Boys beat Bishop Noll 76-56

The Chesterton boys basketball team improved to 10-1 on the season with a 76-56 victory at Bishop Noll on Tuesday.

The Trojans jumped out to a 14-4 lead after one quarter and increased it to 40-11 at the half and were never challenged.

Jake Wadding led CHS with 22 points, while Jake Warren (13 points), Tyler Vanderwoude (12 points) and Luke Lombardini (10 points) also reached double figures.

Rounding out the scoring were Travis Grayson (9 points), Alex Schmidt (5 points), Charlie Eaton (2 points), Chris Mullen (2 points) and Malcolm Harper (1 point).

The Trojans return to the court on Saturday night when they open Duneland Athletic Conference play at Merrillville. The JV game is set for a 5:30 p.m. tipoff.
