South Shore trains to stop at 18th St for Bears games

Select South Shore commuter trains will be stopping at the 18th Street station on football Sundays in Chicago, to serve passengers attending the regular season games of the Chicago Bears, the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District said.

In addition to regular service to Museum Campus/11th Street, the following trains will serve 18th Street:

•Sept. 7, Sept. 28, Oct. 19, Nov. 16, and Nov. 23 (all noon kickoffs): Trains 504 and 606 arriving 10:09 and 11:03 a.m. respectively. Train 507 departing 4:49 p.m. The games on Oct. 19, Nov. 16, and Nov. 23 are subject to NFL flexible scheduling.

•Dec. 4 and Dec. 15 (both 7:30 p.m. kickoffs): Train 20 arriving 6:24 p.m.; with Train 121 departing 11:06 p.m. Train 121 terminates in Michigan City and does not serve Hudson Lake and South Bend.

•Dec. 21 (noon kickoff subject to flexible scheduling): Trains 504 and 606 arriving 10:09 and 11:03 a.m. respectively. Train 507 departing 4:49 p.m.
