A trucker was injured early this morning after rolling his rig on I-65 in
Lake County, the Indiana State Police said.
According to police, at 4:31 a.m. Jeffrey B. Keel, 36, of Mayville, Wis.,
was northbound on I-65, two miles south of Crown Point, when he reached for
a drink between the driver’s and passenger’s seats. “Keel stated when he
looked up the semi had drifted off the road and when his tires hit the
gravel off the shoulder he lost control and his semi overturned,” police

extricate him from the driver’s compartment, police said.

The Freightliner was owned by TTI Inc. of Eden, Wis., and was loaded with
