A jury last week found a Monticello resident guilty of three misdemeanor counts in an accident in the intersection of Indiana 49 and Gateway Boulevard near the I-80 Toll Road entrance occurring in April 2012.

According to probable cause affidavits, Baker at approximately 7:04 p.m. on April 12, 2012, disregarded a traffic signal causing a collision with a black 1999 Saturn SL2 and proceeded to exit west onto the toll road.

Baker was not found guilty of two Class D felony charges, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury and criminal recklessness.
