CPD seeks public's help in missing person case

Back To Front Page

Chesterton Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a resident who has been missing since Friday, June 28.

Brennan M. Pugh, 20, a resident of the 1000 block of Pearson Road, has not been seen or heard from since 11:06 p.m. Friday, when he sent his mother a text, apparently from the White Castle where he works.

Since then, police said, Pugh has missed work and has not called his employer.

Pugh’s mother has placed a message on his Facebook account, to which he hasn’t responded. Meanwhile, calls to his cell phone ring straight through to voice mail, leading her to believe that the phone battery is dead.

Pugh was driving a white 2001 Mercury Sable with a temporary paper license plate, number unknown.

Anyone with information about Pugh’s whereabouts is asked to call the CPD at 926-1136.
