According to police, at 12:51 p.m. Perry Angelo Cummins, 41, was stopped in the area of U.S. 12 and Ind. 249 after an officer clocked him at 115 miles per hour in a zone posted at 55 mph. The officer also observed Cummins “weaving in and out of traffic, cutting vehicles off.”
