A Chesterton resident was booked into the Porter County Jail on Sunday on a charge of dealing MDMA/Ecstasy, the Porter County Sheriff’s Police said.

According to police, Jonathan Andrew Pol, 23, of 125 Pheasant Run Drive, was arrested on that charge at 1:15 a.m. by the Porter County Drug Task Force.

Dealing MDMA/Ecstasy is a Class B felony punishable by a term of six to 20 years.
