A Valparaiso man has been indicted on a federal charge of child
exploitation, the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana said.
Wayne Wigglesworth, 68, has been charged with one count of child
exploitation by use of cellular telephone and computer accessing the
Internet to persuade, induce, entice, and coerce a person whom he knew to be
a 15-year-old boy to engage in sexual activity; and one count of travel in
interstate commerce from Valparaiso to Chicago for the purpose of engaging
in illicit sexual conduct.
The case is being investigated by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
