A Center Township resident has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of
conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a quantity of a mixture and
substance containing a detectable amount of heroin, the U.S. District
Attorney for Northern Indiana said.
Christopher Osborne, 36, is facing a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison
and a fine of up to $1 million, the U.S. Attorney said.
The case was investigated by the Porter County Drug Task Force and the FBI.
