Teressa Joan Hroma,
age 97 of Chesterton, passed away on October 23, 2015, at Chesterton Manor.
She was born on
April 8, 1918, in North Bessmer, PA, to Matthew and Helen Molchan, both of
whom preceded her in death.
Teressa is survived
by her daughter Joan (Edwin) Fortin of Las Vegas, grandsons Kevin of
Florida, Michael of Las Vegas and Kyle of New Jersey; and great-grandson,
Nolan of New Jersey.
She is also
survived by her son, Robert (Peggy) Hroma of Georgia, granddaughter Laura
Wills of Florida, grandson Johnathan Hroma of Georgia and great-great
grandchildren Melissa of Florida, Dakota and Zachary of Georgia.
Also surviving, her
daughter, Andrea Coombs of Nevada, grandsons Gerry (Desiree), Todd, Robert
(Vicky) of Illinois; great-grandchildren Ashley, Nevada, Michael, Miranda,
Peyton, Devin, Sophia, Evan and Tiffany of Illinois; great-great
grandchildren Rebecca, Gabriel, and baby Tanner born October 27.
Her son Jeff (Kim)
Hroma of Florida; grandchildren Andrea and Matthew of Florida, and
great-grandchildren Emily and Sophia of Florida also survive, as well as her
sisters-in-law Dorothy Wroblewski, of Westville, and Lorraine Hroma-Matuszak,
Teressa is also
preceded in death by her husband, Michael George, her brothers Albert,
Joseph, Matthew, George and her grandson, Patrick Hroma.
Teressa was a
member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, where she was in the Rosary Society.

Burial will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015, at 11 a.m., at St. Patrick
Catholic Church, 638 N. Calumet Road, Chesterton with Father James Meade
officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 9 a.m. until
time of service at the church. Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery.
