David Potter, age 18, of Chesterton, Ind., passed away on Wednesday, June
13, 2012.
David is survived by his loving family; mother, Jennifer McElfresh of
Chesterton; father and step-mother, David and Kara Potter of Chesterton;
sister, Katie Potter; step-sister, Hayden Rivera; grandparents, Thomas and
Barbara Potter of Porter and Larry and Beverly McElfresh of Valparaiso;
aunts and uncles, Thomas and Margie Potter, Stanley Potter, Matthew and
Alexis Potter, Diana Potter-Arroyo and JD Arroyo, Lorri and Dave Abel, Nancy
and Don Muhleman, Joni and Chuck White, John and Susan McElfresh and Michael
and Jeanine McElfresh. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
He was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
Private services will be held with David’s family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chesterton Skate Park.
