Kevin William Nault dies at age 22

Kevin William Nault, age 22 of Chesterton, passed away July 21, 2012.

He was born October 11, 1989 to Thomas and Lorna (Christoph) Nault.

He is survived by his father, Thomas and brother, Adam, of Chesterton; grandparents, Joan Mulloy, of Hobart; Bonnie and Raymond Christoph, of Wanatah, Ind.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Lorna Nault; and grandfathers, William Nault and James Mulloy. Kevin was a lifelong area resident, a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and a first-degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Kevin had a great love of sports and was involved in Special Olympic Bowling, Challenger Baseball and enjoyed playing miniature golf. He was also a member of the Boy Scouts of America and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Kevin graduated from Chesterton Senior High School in 2008 with honors and was awarded the Duneland Exchange Clubís A.C.E. Award. He was a senior at Valparaiso University working on a degree in Physics and Astronomy and a member of the Society of Physics Students.

Private family services will be held.
