Jacqueline D. Campbell, age 82, of North Phoenix, Arizona, died May 28,
2012.
She was born October 25, 1929 in Chesterton, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband William L. Campbell and her mother
Dorothy E. Pinkham.
Jackie is survived by four children: Gene A. Lee, Gerry E Lee, Gayle M. Lee,
and Gregory A. Lee; three siblings, Helen Wynder, Francis Pinkham and
Richard Pinkham and six grandchildren: Tracy, Tony, Tabitha, Tiffany, Gera
and Jacqueline along with six great-grandchildren.
She was a metallurgist, a homemaker, bookkeeper and assistant apartment
manager. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, traveling and being with her
family. Jackie touched many lives through her volunteering at many locations
in Albuquerque and in Phoenix. She was a Phoenix resident for the last 13
years. In her last days, she was quoted often saying “Oh my, what a
wonderful life.”
