Anna Clara Kadish, age 57 of Westville, Ind., passed away Friday, June 8,
2012 at her home.
She was born June 19, 1954 in Indianapolis, Ind., to Eugene L. and Betty L.
Edwards Piers, both of whom preceded her in death.
On June 19, 1971 in Hobart, Ind., at St. Bridgett’s Catholic Church, she
married Victor H. Kadish, who survives in Westville.
She is also survived by her children Tiffany (John) Speerbrecker of San
Francisco, Calif., Ryan (Elizabeth) Kadish of Westville and Travis (Jessica)
Kadish of Westville, along with her grandsons Noah and Isaac Kadish of
Westville.
Anna is also survived by a sister Diana Klecka of Westville; brothers Ronald
Piers of Anderson, Ind., Michael (Dawn) Piers of Florida, Vincent (Denise)
Piers of Arizona and Jerry (Amy) Piers of Portage, Ind., and many loving
family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father John Wight and brother
Brian Piers.
Some activities she enjoyed were riding her Harley Davidson, Lucky #7,
spending time with her pets, working in her garden, taking photos and
spending time with her grandsons, family and friends at the pool. Every
morning for breakfast she went to her favorite restaurant, The Green Way
Café. Her daughter’s interest and involvement with horses led her to love
that particular animal. Anna along with her husband Vic enjoyed boating on
Lake Michigan and Pine Lake. Although she is gone, she will never be
forgotten.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at
the White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd Street, Chesterton with Father Jerry
Schweitzer officiating. Burial will follow at the Chesterton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m.
at the funeral home.
