Services for William Richard Hibbets will take place Sunday, October 9, 2011 in Valparaiso at Kirchoff Park North Shelter at 1:00 p.m.

William was born April 24, 1957, the son of Dorothea Roberts Hibbets and the late Willard Arlen Hibbets of Chesterton. He died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011 at the age of 54.

William is survived by his sister Margaurite Hibbets, of Memphis,Tennessee; his brother Matthew Hibbets, of Monticello, Indiana; aunt Rita Kloske, of Gautier, Mississippi and many nephews.

William served in Vietnam and loved music. He played the trumpet and harmonica.

A private service for the immediate family will take place after the public service.
