Daniel Forgey, age 31 of Chesterton passed away Monday, Jan. 3, 2011. He was
31.
Born May 31, 1979 in Kankakee, Ill., he was married to Sharon (Linsner)
Forgey, who survives in Chesterton.
Also surviving are his father, Benjamin “Ken” Kendrick Forgey III of
Chesterton; brothers Benjamin Forgey IV of Chesterton and David Forgey of
Indianapolis; sister Krista Forgey of Chesterton; niece Reese Forgey; and
nephew Benjamin Forgey V; father and mother-in-law, Marc and Jean Linsner of
Florida; and brother-in-law Brad Linsner of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Kathleen Forgey.
Daniel worked as a lead switchman for Industrial Railway Switching and
Services.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 8 at 4 p.m. at Edmonds &
Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton. A memorial visitation will be
held on Saturday from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Condolences may be
