Former Porter resident Margaret Ann Young of Howell, Mich., passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2010. She was 78.

Born on Oct. 17, 1931 in Chicago, she was the daughter of Thomas and Lorraine (Karges) Webster.

She is survived by her daughters Kimberly (husband Bruno) Young-Uryga and Pam (Steve) Young-Moore; brother James (wife Elizabeth) Webster; sister Jeanne Gray; grandsons James (Dawnn) Bonnema Jr. and Jeffrey (Kristi) Bonnema; and five great grandchildren.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Harold, the previous owner of Roseland Buick Sales in Chicago, as well as four sisters and a brother.

A Memorial Celebration of Margaret’s life will be held at Saint Ann of the Dunes in Beverly Shores at 11 a.m. on July 31. Arrangements are entrusted to Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Lamb Chapel.
