Julie Dunning, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla. passed away peacefully July 16, 2009 at the age of 39 after a long battle with MS.

Julie was born Oct. 2, 1969 in Gary the daughter of William and Alda Kretlow, both of whom survive.

She was a graduate of Chesterton High School. She moved to Daytona Beach and there she married and had two children, Stephanie D. Dunning and Michael William Dunning who survive her. Other survivors include her brother Julius A. (Radine) Kretlow, of La-Porte; sister, Jeannine (John) Kirk, of New Smyrna Beach; three nieces, Courtney Rumbaut, Julia and Alisa Kretlow; one nephew Samuel Kirk and a large extended family.

Condolences may be sent via Dudley Funeral Home, New Smyrna Beach. Services will be private.
