Former Chesterton resident Harold Wayne Wilson of Paris, Tenn., died Friday,
Oct. 2, 2009. He was 60.
Born in Fayetteville, Tenn., on February 14, 1949, he was the son of Frank
and Mildred Wilson, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by wife, Sherri, of Paris; daughters Anntoinette Fry (husband
Chad) of Walkerton, Ind., and Christina Spickard (Scott) of LaPorte;
grandsons Nicholas and Tyler; granddaughters Shiree and Destini;
great-grandson Jaykob; and sister Joyce Carter (Kenny) of Knox.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters Ruth and
Shirley.
A Vietnam veteran, he retired after 34 1/2 years from Bethlehem Steel in
Burns Harbor.
McEvoy Funeral Home of Paris, Tenn., handled arrangements. There was no
visitation or service. Cremation was planned.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Henry County Hospice,
Veterans Administration, or the Elizabeth Chenoweth Foundation, Inc.
