Erna Nollet, of Porter, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at Porter Valparaiso Hospital Campus. She was 95.

She was born December 31, 1913 in Chicago, the daughter of Manfred and Hannah (DeCosta) Lindner, both of whom preceded her in death.

Erna is survived by a brother, Manfred Lindner, of Danville, Calif; a sister-in-law, Bernice Lindner, of Calif.; two nephews, Mark Lindner and Daniel Lindner; a niece, Netty Lindner; two great-nieces and one great nephew.

Erna held a B.S. degree from the University of Chicago. She was an artist.

In accordance with Erna’s wishes there will be no visitation nor funeral service. Cremation will be at Calvary Crematory, Portage.

Arrangements were handled under the direction of White-Love Funeral Home, 525, S. 2nd St., Chesterton.
