Patricia A. “Goo-Goo” Charlson, of Chesterton, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at VNA Horton Hospice Center, Valparaiso. She was 63.

She was born Oct. 19, 1944 in Pittsburgh, Pa., the daughter of Richard and Dorothy Zethner, both of whom preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons, John Charlson of South Haven, Eric (Debra) Charlson and Shelby (Rebecca) Charlson of Chesterton; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Vuchinich and Wanda Allen both of Pa.; a brother, Gary Zethner of Pa.; beloved nephew, Terry Zethner and family.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Ronald in 1995; granddaughter, Stephanie in 1988; a sister, Sandra and brothers, Dickie and Billy.

Patricia had been employed as a Caregiver at the Waters of Duneland in Chesterton and Kingswood Hospital.

A memorial visitation will be Saturday, July 5, from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 1 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton.
