Trinity Autumn Klenk, 2 days old, the daughter of Michael Klenk and Tammy Werner of Valparaiso, died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2004, at Porter Hospital Valparaiso Campus.

Trinity and twin brother Christopher Klenk were born Nov. 9, 2004, in Valparaiso. Christopher survives.

Trinity’s paternal grandparents are Barry and Peggy Klenk of Chesterton; her maternal grandparents, Louis and Patricia Werner of Valparaiso. She is survived as well by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A private family memorial service will be held Wednesday at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway in Chesterton, with cremation at Heritage Crematory in Portage to precede the services. No visitation is scheduled.
