NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Ogden Dunes, Porter County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the Ogden Dunes Town Council at the meeting place at Ogden Dunes Town Hall room at 8:00am, on the 20th day of February 2010, will consider the following Additional appropriation of the budget of the current year of 2010.

This is a readvertisement of the 2010 budget due to prior advertisement error. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
