BEVERLY SHORES PLAN COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

AUGUST 8, 2011

The Beverly Shores Plan Commission will be conducting a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to Chapter XV of the Beverly Shores Code of Ordinances to provide Dune Protection for Construction Activities on Steep Slopes. Copies of the proposed amendments can be reviewed at the Clerk-Treasurer's office in the Town Hall. Written objections and recommendations to the proposal filed with the Secretary of the Plan Commission by leaving them for her at the Town Hall before the hearing will be considered. Oral comments, pro and con, will be heard at the public hearing. The public hearing will be held on August 8, 2011 at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall and may be continued from time to time as the Commission may find necessary.
