Part 70 Permit No.: T127-30717-00123

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has received an application from Fritz Enterprises, Inc. located at 250 W. Highway 12, Burns Harbor, IN 46304 for a significant source modification and an administrative Part 70 Operating Permit. Fritz Enterprises, Inc. has applied for the installation of emission units for a screening operation at the facility at ArcelorMittal Burns Harbor, LLC. IDEM has reviewed this application and has developed preliminary findings, consisting of a draft permit and several supporting documents that would allow the applicant to make this change.

The notice of 30-day period for public comment was previously published using an erroneous library address (corrected below).
