NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the County of Porter, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on the 15th of September, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Porter County Administration Center, 155 Indiana Avenue, Suite 205, Valparaiso, Indiana, to consider the petition of Michael Tym, 141 Guilford Road, Valparaiso, seeking a Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance, Sections 5.04 AS-01: Accessory Structure; general, (D) Timing; in order to construct a 24’ by 32’ garage prior to the primary structure being built for personal storage, in a RL - Residential Lake District, on a parcel of land located on the following described property:

LEGAL: 4th Add to Lake Eliza Park Lots 229 & 230 & 231

GENERAL LOCATION: A parcel of land located at 36 S. Delmar Ct., in Porter Township, Porter County, IN.

Written suggestions to said proposed Use Variance(s) may be filed with the Executive Director of the Porter County Plan Commission before such public hearing and/or verbal statements relating thereto will be heard at the above-designated time and place. A copy of the file is available for public view at the Plan Commission office.
