NOTICE OF ACTION ON ZONING

ORDINANCES ON AUGUST 15, 2011

The Beverly Shores Town Council is going to consider approval of ordinance amendments to Chapter XV of the Beverly Shores Code of Ordinances to provide Dune Protection for Construction Activities on Steep Slopes recommended to it by the Town Plan Commission at the Council's regularly scheduled monthly meeting in the Town Hall on August 15, 2011 beginning at 7:00 pm.

Also to be considered at the before mentioned meeting is An Ordinance Amending The Beverly Shores Code Of Ordinances, Zoning And Subdivisions, Title XV, Chapter 155, Commercial District Standards And Bulk Regulations, For The Purpose Of Providing Consistent Requirements In The Commercial And Residential Districts.
