Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the County of Porter, Indiana will hold a public hearing on the 9th day of June, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Porter County Administrative Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Suite 205, Valparaiso, Indiana for an amendment to Ordinance No. 07-05, Porter County Unified Development Ordinance, Chapter 12, Definitions; Section 12.02 (Defined Words) Assisted Living Facility.
