BEVERLY SHORES TOWN COUNCIL

ORDINANCE NO. 10-03

RAISING FINE FOR PARKING CITATIONS FROM $50.00 TO $65.00

WHEREAS, current fine for a Town parking citation is $50.00; and WHEREAS, the cost to the Town of addressing parking violations and inconvenience caused to residents by such violations requires that the Town Council raise the fine for parking violation to $65.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Beverly Shores Town Council that for any parking violation occurring after the effective date of this Ordinance, the fine shall be $65.00 if timely paid and $100.00 thereafter. This Ordinance to be effective upon passage and any necessary advertisement and/or waiting period.
