BEVERLY SHORES PLAN COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

JUNE 7, 2010

The Beverly Shores Plan Commission will be conducting a public hearing regarding a proposed ordinance amending the Town's Zoning Ordinance, Section 450.1 regarding procedures that must be followed by an owner in order to make certain changes to a non-conforming structure and or a structure on a non-conforming lot. Copies of the proposed ordinance can be reviewed at the Clerk-Treasurer's office in the Town Hall. Written objections and recommendations to the proposal filed with the Secretary of the Plan Commission by leaving them for her at the Town Hall before the hearing will be considered. Oral comments, pro and con, will be heard at the public hearing. The public hearing will be held on June 7, 2010 at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall and may be continued from time to time as the Commission may find necessary.
