NOTICE OF RECEIVING BIDS

FOR A NEW SEWER AND CATCH BASIN CLEANER TO BE LEASE PURCHASED FOR THE PORTER COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Porter County, Indiana will receive sealed bids for a new sewer and catch basin cleaner at the office of the Porter County Auditor, located in the Porter County Administration Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Valparaiso, IN 46383 until 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday, June 14, 2010. Bid opening will be Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 6 p.m. CST, at the Board of Commissioners meeting at 155 Indiana Ave., Valparaiso, IN 46383.

Specification packets may be obtained from the Porter County Highway Department, 1955 S. St. Rd. 2, Valparaiso, Indiana 46385.

Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts form No. 95, with a bid bond equal to 10% of the bid must accompany each bid.

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bid, for whatever reason, reject any and all parts thereof any bid and to waived any and all irregularities and to re-advertise.
