REQUEST FOR APPLICATION (RFA)

Arbor E & T, LLC, is issuing a Request for Applications (RFA) to obtain proposals for supportive services, as specified in RFA # PY10-RFA-100.

Arbor is the contractor to the State of Indiana, for the IMPACT (Indiana Manpower Placement and Comprehensive Training) Program, providing services designed to help recipients of Food Stamps and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) achieve economic self-sufficiency, through education, training, job search and job placement activities.

In addition to offering job training services; IMPACT also seeks to address a broad range of barriers that may inhibit individuals from seeking and maintaining employment.

Arbor E&T, LLC is seeking vendors to provide Supportive Services to program participants. Support Services to address these barriers requested in this Application Process are:

Transportation Services

Vehicle Repair Services

Uniforms

Employment Clothing

G.E.D. Testing

RFA packages are available beginning May 12, 2010. If interested in applying to be a Supportive Services Vendor, requests for a RFA can be made via email to: feliciamathis@arboret.com, or packets can be mailed, upon request. This procurement will be ongoing.
