ORDINANCE NO. 741

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF OGDEN DUNES PORTER COUNTY, INDIANA AMENDING ORDINANCE 740 TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION RATE FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF OGDEN DUNES FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2010.

WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council to establish compensation rates for employees of the Town of Ogden Dunes; and,

WHEREAS, the Town Council finds it necessary to create an additional wage rate in the salary ordinance.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Town Council of Ogden Dunes, Porter County, Indiana as follows:

The following wage rate scale is established effective January 1, 2010.

Section 1.

OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES

Waterworks Operator/Vehicle Mechanic

SALARY/WAGE $13.76 hourly (max)

PAYABLE bi-weekly

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Ogden Dunes, Indiana this 1st day of March, 2010.
