LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ogden Dunes, owner of the County Line Road Drainage Project, proposes to commence a construction activity that is regulated under Title 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. The activity consists of stormwater quality measures to address erosion, sedimentation, and other pollutants associated with land disturbance and construction activities. The project is located on the East side of County Line Road, (between U.S. Hwy. 12 & U.S. Hwy. 20) Portage, Indiana. The Owner intends to comply with all of the requirements of the aforementioned Rule 5 so as to minimize erosion. The INDOT approved plans will be submitted to the City of Portage for review and approval.
