NOTICE OF RECEIVING BIDS

FOR LIQUID BITUMINOUS MATERIAL FOR THE PORTER COUNTY HIGHWAY

DEPARTMENT FOR 2010

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Porter County, Indiana will receive sealed bids for liquid bituminous material at the office of the Porter County Auditor at the Porter County Administration Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Suite 204, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383 until 4:30 p.m. DST, Monday, April 6, 2010. Bid opening will be Tuesday, April 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., DST at the Porter County Administration Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Valparaiso, Indiana 46383.

Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Porter County Auditor.

Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts form No. 95 which may be obtained at the Porter County Auditor’s Office. Bid bond equal to 10% of the bid must accompany each bid.

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bid, for whatever reason, reject any and all parts thereof of any bid, and to waive any and all irregularities and to re-advertise.
