INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION CAUSE NO. 43966

VERIFIED PETITION OF DAMON RUN CONSERVANCY DISTRICT FOR AUTHORITY TO RENDER WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO CERTAIN AREAS OF PORTER COUNTY, INDIANA, AND FOR APPROVAL OF RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE.

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in the IURC Conference Center, Suite 220, Judicial Courtroom 222 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana commencing at 9:30 AM, EDT, on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, and Thursday May 12, 2011. This hearing is open to the public.
