NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Chesterton, Porter County, Indiana, that the Chesterton Redevelopment Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting place at the Chesterton Town Hall, 726 Broadway, Chesterton, Indiana, at 6:15 p.m. on the 28th day of March, 2011, to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year:

From: Redevelopment Fund 36-000

(Misc) $1,000,000.00

To: Redevelopment Fund 36-300 (Other

Services & Charges) $1,000,000.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be filed with the Department of Local Government Finance and/or the appropriate state bodies.
