FARM LAND FOR LEASE

The Porter County Board of Parks and Recreation is desirous of leasing forty-three and one-half “tillable acres” located in Porter County, State of Indiana on the east side of Meridian Road immediately to the north of the CSX Railroad and currently known as the Brookdale Park property. Sealed bids identifying a per acre cash rent should be submitted no later then 4:30 p.m. on March 28, 2011. Bids will be received at the offices of the Porter County Board of Parks and Recreation in room 304, Porter County Administration Building, 155 Indiana Avenue, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383.
