LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids for the construction of the Nature Works Pond Level Control Improvement project, will be received until 3:30 p.m. local prevailing time on the 16th day of February, 2010, at First American Management Company (Attention: Nature Works Conservancy District), 3408 Enterprise Avenue; Valparaiso, IN 46383. The bids will be opened and read aloud on February 17, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. local prevailing time at the office of Blachly, Tabor, Bozik and Hartman, 56 South Washington Street, Suite 401, Valparaiso, IN 46383. Project Documents may be obtained at the office of NIES Engineering; 2421 173rd Street; Hammond, IN 46323.

The project consists of the following: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the installation of approximately 30 feet of sheeting on the north end of the pond on the 13th hole of the Course at Aberdeen.
