NOTICE OF PUBLIC
Notice is hereby
given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the County of Porter, Indiana,
will hold a public hearing on the 17th day of February, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.,
in the Porter County Administration Center, 155 Indiana Avenue, Suite 205,
Valparaiso, Indiana, to consider the petition of Norman & Sue Hudson, 2505
Boca Raton Dr., Valparaiso, seeking a Variance from Section 3.06 ARO
District Development Standards (J)(1)(b), Parking; and (G)(2)(a)(ii)(b),
Greenbelt; to permit a mixed use of a real estate office and residential
dwelling unit; to be located on the following described parcel of land:
The South 430
feet of the East 66 Feet of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 36 North, Range 6 West of the 2nd P.M.
in Porter County, Indiana.
A parcel of land at 11 W. U.S. Hwy 6, in Liberty Township, Porter County,
suggestions to said proposed zoning amendment may be filed with the
Executive Director of the Porter County Plan Commission before such public
hearing and/or verbal statements relating thereto will be heard at the above
designated time and place. A copy of the file is available for public view
at the Plan Commission office.
