NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR A LANDSCAPE STANDARD AND GUIDELINE MANUAL

Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the County of Porter, Indiana will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of February, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Porter County Administrative Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Suite 205, Valparaiso, Indiana for a proposed Landscape Standard and Guideline Manual.

A copy of the proposed Landscape Standard and Guideline Manual is available for public inspection at the Porter County Plan Commission’s office. Written suggestion to said proposed Landscape Standard and Guideline Manual may be filed with the Executive Director of the Porter County Plan Commission before such public hearing and/or verbal statements relating thereto will be heard at the above designated time and place.
