NOTICE OF MEETING OF BEVERLY SHORES TOWN COUNCIL CONCERNING AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING TRUCK TRAFFIC ON CERTAIN ROADS.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Beverly Shores, Indiana to be held at 7:00 P.M. on February 15, 2010, a final vote will be taken on a proposed ordinance regarding regulations restricting truck traffic on certain roads.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for review during regular business hours at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 500 S. Broadway Ave., Beverly Shores, Indiana 46301.
