NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED PRIMARY PLAT

Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of the County of Porter, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of March, 2010 at 6:30 p.m., in the Porter County Administrative Center, 155 Indiana Ave., Suite 205, Valparaiso, Indiana, to consider the petition of Ronald & Susan Stangebye, 2320 Portage Road, Niles, Michigan seeking primary plat approval for Woodland View Subdivision, to be located on the following described property:

Lot 2 of Jackson Minor Subdivision 3020-A-1 as per plat file 49-C-5 Recorded as Document Number 2005-018698 in the Office of the Recorder of Porter County, Indiana.

GENERAL LOCATION: A parcel of land located at CR 950 N. and LaPorte County Line Road, in Jackson Township, Porter County, Indiana.

Written suggestions to said proposed amendment may be filed with the Executive Director of the Porter County Plan Commission before such public hearing and/or verbal statements relating thereto will be heard at the above designated time and place. A copy of the file is available for public view at the Plan Commission office.
