ORDINANCE OF THE OGDEN DUNES TOWN COUNCIL AMENDING THE OGDEN DUNES TOWN CODE PROHIBITING THE FEEDING OF CERTAIN WILD ANIMALS AND

ESTABLISHING A FINE FOR A VIOLATION

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Ogden Dunes Town Council as follows:

Section 1: There shall be added to the Ogden Dunes Town Code §130.05, which shall read as follows:

§130.05 Any feeding of deer and/or raccoons within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Ogden Dunes is hereby prohibited.

Section 2: The fine for a first violation of this ordinance shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and any subsequent violations of this ordinance by the same person shall be subject to the General Penalty provisions contained in §10.99 of the Ogden Dunes Town Code.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication as required by law.

ALL OF WHICH IS PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Ogden Dunes Town Council this 29th day of December, 2010.
